Pivotal introduces eRelationship 2

Local Relationship Management (CRM) specialist and distributor of Pivotal products, Calibre Solutions, has released eRelationship 2, an eBusiness Relationship Management (eBRM) solution.

Using an infrastructure to establish one-to-one "Internet Relationship Hubs" the product fuses the power of an eCommerce server and smart portal with Pivotal`s eCustomer Relationship Management (eCRM) application.

"These hubs are collaborative Web sites that are fully integrated with a front office customer management system," explains Devon Dalbock, CEO of Calibre Solutions. "They serve employees, customers and partners, allowing each group to interact and view relevant information in the format most meaningful to them".

eRelationship 2 automates all facets of marketing, sales and customer relationships between company employees, business partners and customers. "You can manage all your valued business relationships for long-term growth and profit," says Dalbock.

The Pivotal eRelationship 2 solution also allows users to mobilise an entire enterprise around the customer, enabling one-to-one "eRelationships" which, in turn, provide more accurate assessment of individual requirements and preferences.

Dalbock concludes: "Interfaces, reports and online help can be customised to suit specific business practices. Business partners can be kept up to speed on the latest leads, special promotions and competitive offerings".
