Planit non-executive director resigns

Anthony Bock has resigned as a non-executive director of Planit Technology Holdings Limited (PTH) with immediate effect.

The PTH board now comprises non-executive chairman Tony Crosby, joint chief executive officer and financial director Malcolm Moodie and executive director Frik Basson, responsible for legal and other corporate aspects of the group.

Bock has also resigned as a director of Platinum Mile Investments 220 Limited, trading as Index Capital Partners, the company which has taken over the management of and implemented a strategy for the recapitalisation and turnaround of PTH.
