Plantronics, the world leader in communications headsets, today announced SupraPlus, the new standard in performance, reliability and all-day wearing comfort for contact centres and office professionals.
The SupraPlus telephone headset family leverages the strength of the market-leading Supra models and introduces Plantronics` next generation of durable, comfortable corded headsets. SupraPlus headsets also feature a contemporary design to match today`s style preferences.
Designed to cater for the rigorous demands of contact centre and office users, the SupraPlus headset is available in monaural and binaural styles. A lightweight, flexible boom allows for accurate placement while the excellent sound quality of the SupraPlus is complemented with a choice of either noise cancelling technology or Plantronics` unique voice tube.
Available in two variants, the standard is finished in black and supplied with foam ear cushions and the premium version is finished in silver featuring leatherette ear cushions. Both headsets are compatible with all Plantronics adapters.
The SupraPlus has been developed to meet the needs of users who spend two hours or more making or receiving telephone calls. As such, Plantronics has incorporated a number of features and technologies that will improve the communication experience. With its wideband receiver frequency response, SupraPlus provides optimal listening intelligibility, which in turn reduces miscommunication and frustration for both parties on the call. SupraPlus provides excellent audio quality for traditional voice applications as well as the increasingly popular voice over IP softphone applications.
