PM-Partners pushes for PM portal

International project services company PM-Partners Group has made its heath checks and capability assessment solutions available through a portal for resellers to white label, writes CRN Australia.

PM-Partners director Peter Swan says from a third to a half of projects fail, adding that even when companies buy enterprise project management software, often it was wasted due to poor design and implementation. “Projects are still failing for the same reasons.”

According to PRWire, the PM-Pulse portal is the result of a partnership between PM-Partners group and Queensland-based Assessment Portal, which works with industry experts like PM-Partners group to collate their knowledge and experience into online assessments.

The portal is part of a strategic initiative to move a significant part of PM-Partner Group's service delivery online.

The company's online strategy also includes partnering with leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise project management (EPM) solution suppliers iPlanWare and Planview.

Whereas PM-Partners Group will be a reseller for iPlanWare and Planview, the online Project Health Checks and Project Manager & Business Analyst Capability Assessments - previously delivered by PM-Partners in-house - are being made available through reseller partners both in Australia and overseas.
