PQ Africa, the official sponsor of Customer Contact World 2001, will be showcasing its customer oriented applications (COA) portfolio through its specialist business intelligence, information delivery, call centre and customer management division PQ Business Intelligence (PQBI) at this year`s event from July 10 to 12 at The Dome in Northgate, Johannesburg.
It is the third year that PQ Africa has been the main sponsor of the show, formerly known as Call Centres Africa. This reaffirms its commitment to customer orientated solutions, such as the Remedy and Apropos product lines that integrate advanced helpdesk, CRM and intelligent filtering services with business intelligence and information management solutions. PQBI divisional manager Gavin Lipshitz says the synergies between business intelligence, information delivery and customer management extend throughout the corporate enterprise, with toady`s business information systems increasingly feeding off each other`s functionality.
"The line between business intelligence and information delivery is blurring, making it easier and more logical to extend the data interrogation and reporting functionality of these systems right through to the customer-facing interface of helpdesk and CRM applications," he says. "At the very least the benefits of rapid and accurate information delivery to the helpdesk advances the service levels customers can expect from their service providers, especially those that understand the benefits of the integrated business information environment."
Customer Contact World Africa 2001 is Africa`s only focused exhibition of call centre and CRM solutions and services. Now in its fourth year, Customer Contact World 2001 is established as the meeting place for the call centre and customer interaction industry.
