PricewaterhouseCoopers wins customer relationship award

PricewaterhouseCoopers` Relationship Management Practice in Africa, Europe and the Middle East has been presented with the first annual Siebel Partner Award for Excellence for outstanding work.

Siebel Systems Inc have been working together with PwC since 1997 in a global alliance in which the CRM practice has become a global leader in integrating Siebel`s multi-channel eBusiness solutions to deliver customer orientated solutions.

The award recognizes the CRM practice`s energetic and imaginative efforts in providing customers with tested, proven and eBusiness solutions.

PwC received the award at the Siebel Worldwide User Week conference in San Jose, California. PwC has also invested with Siebel Systems in joint product development initiatives, training facilities and solutions centers around the world.
