Prisma Solutions, a value added distributor of two SME focused fax products, namely Zetafax (addressing the small business) and Faxgate (addressing the medium business), catering for the SME market by offering enterprise features at attainable costs for their relevant targets.
Prisma Solutions made a strategic decision to target the SME market right from the launch of the company in August last year. Prisma Solutions was started by Hugo Leuner immediately after the sale of Goaldata, which owned the RightFAX and Brooktrout distribution channel. The decision to focus on the SME market came about as a result of the corporate market being saturated by a host of fax products. RightFAX clearly dominated the corporate fax arena and was one of a host of fax products aimed specifically at the enterprise market.
Prisma Solutions started evaluating a vast range of new products to cater for the SME market. The challenge was to establish a new reseller channel focused on providing low cost, high performance solutions. Moreover, a move away from business re-engineering was required to keep the sales cycle short. As a result, Prisma sourced products that were turnkey solutions and products that complimented each other. They also realized the need for technical resources in the SME reseller environment; therefore Prisma offers technical training and second line support ensuring the smooth implementation and integration of all their products.
The product line as it stands now includes Zetafax, Faxgate, ThruFax and TELEform. All four products are best of breed as well as price performance leaders. Prisma Solutions is currently recruiting a new specialist SME VAR`s (Value Added Resellers) channel, some of whom will qualify for NFR (Not for Resale) copies at no cost.
