Prisma Solutions, Southern Africa`s sole distributor of Cardiff`s Teleform Data Capturing Software, has been awarded distribution rights for Inpute`s RightFAX Export Module.
The RightFAX Export Module is set to provide organisations with a robust mechanism for the storage and retrieval of faxes received via RightFAX servers. In addition, enhanced search capability is realised when used in conjunction with Prisma Solution`s enterprise document management system, Alchemy. Hugo Leuner, MD of Prisma Solutions, explains that the Export Module was specifically designed for organisations that require an archiving system for their large fax volumes and thus represents an extremely important value add to Prisma`s current stable of document management tools.
The RightFAX Export Module has the ability to free up valuable server disk space that will not only optimise the performance of the RightFAX servers but will also result in the availability of faxes should the fax server become unavailable.
The Export Module exports the fax images along with their associated information to a local directory. The tools are provided to use this information to generate reports about your company`s faxing habits. Using the integrated link to IMR`s Alchemy, archived faxes stored on CD or any other removable medium, can be fully indexed and searched.
The RightFAX Export Utility offers full API integration with both Alchemy and RightFAX, and requires no command line utilities or the purchasing of additional modules.
This product can therefore be considered as the ideal mechanism for organisations that have the need to:
Archive important faxed documents for permanent storage
Free up critical fax server disc space
Indexing and search faxes through Alchemy
Save export definitions for re-use
Complete assurance of retaining important fax documents after deletion
Fax extract selection criteria such as specific users or groups, within a specific date range, of a specific type such as sent or received.
The information can be exported to Access or Excel for fax transmission
The Export Module works with RightFAX version 5.2 onwards.
No RightFAX COM module is required.
Prisma Solutions was recently appointed as a distributor for IMR`s Alchemy Range of Products. Leuner believes that the Export Module for RightFAX is the perfect blend to Prisma`s current offering.
