Pro Solutions, a business systems development company specialising in payroll and HR solutions for the past 20 years, recently announced a partnership with InfoSlips, a the leading developer and supplier of total compensation statements.
InfoSlips is a not only a secure, password-protected and encrypted electronic replacement of traditional paper-based payslips, but can also include details on pension or provident fund growth statistics, medical aid information, share incentive documents, human resources information and even a newsletter in a single secure document.

Gibbs says by providing an employee with an InfoSlip as apposed to a normal paper based payslip, the employee will experience a wide variety of benefits.
Firstly, the company's branding and corporate colours are used. Secondly, the employee is able to drill down into the various sections and raise individual queries with the payroll and HR department with a single click. Thirdly, additional information such as a detailed leave calendar and various benefit statements, as well as the previous tax year's IRP5 or IT3(a) certificates, can be added to the standard InfoSlip, making it a total compensation statement instead of a static paper-based payslip.
And lastly, an employee can see a graphical representation of their payslip details together with a traditional print version to be used for credit applications and the like.
