"We are deeply honoured to receive the Distributor of the Year award," said Rick Parry, chairman and CEO, AIGS.

Founded in 2010 as a result of the conversion of Progress Software Corporation's operation in South Africa from a wholly-owned subsidiary to an independent distributor, AIGS has consistently proved itself instrumental in introducing and implementing many of the key Progress technologies to South African customers, whilst continuing to grow local market share.

In addition, AIGS's appointment earlier this year as a certified Progress Service Delivery Partner is further testimony to its commitment to support the local Progress partner network.
