Project management course goes online

Research and Markets has added PrimeProject Management Professional, an e-learning course, to its offering.

The PrimeProject Management Professional curriculum introduces advanced level project co-ordination techniques within the areas of organisation, resource management, quality assurance, and internal and external team communication.

The course content is based on the project management knowledge areas defined by the Project Management Institute.

Dashboards allow IT executives to quickly gauge the effect of interrelated events and take corrective action, which can make staff more productive and keep key systems humming, says Techworld.

According to Forrester Research estimates, companies could reduce IT budgets by as much as 30% with integrated management dashboards that link critical data from infrastructure monitoring software, application portfolio management and project management tools.
