Protek unveils new customer care and billing system ready for next generation communications

Protek, the global supplier of business and operational support systems, today announced the release of its new Flagship Customer Care and Billing System. The new version is GPRS, WAP and OTA enabled and thus ideal for the future of the communications industry.

The sale management system allows for sophisticated point of sale structures for MVNOs, resellers, dealers, branch offices and sales centres. For partners, the Service Provider can establish sales relationship hierachies for MVNOs. For customers, Flagship offers an unlimited N-tiered customer hierachy with own level balances, billing and credit plans. This point of sale system and customers e-care system is fully web enabled.
