Protocol Link chooses Deltek Vision

Illinois-based Protocol Link, a project management company providing regulatory compliance, quality assurance and validation services to FDA-regulated firms worldwide, will utilise Deltek Vision to manage client relationship management, proposal automation, project management, resource management, and project accounting across the entire organisation, CRM Today reports.

Prior to Vision, Protocol Link was using QuickBooks and a variety of multifaceted software applications to handle its project management and accounting functionality.

Method123 is releasing its project management methodology on the Web. The Method123 Project Management Methodology (MPMM) is based on the PMI PMBOK and Prince2 worldwide standards for project management, according to a company statement.

MPMM will help project managers deliver projects by undertaking the project management phases: initiation, planning, execution and closure.

By gaining the knowledge contained within the product and using the template and case study tools, project managers will be able to deliver projects faster and more efficiently, the company says.
