Watson Marlow Bredel (WMB), world-leading manufacturer of peristaltic pumps for mining and mineral processing, needed a little more power pumped into its infrastructure. Running low on server space for its ERP system, Synergy Group, the preferred business partner of WMB for all things IT-related, stealthily stepped in to implement a new virtual server.
Using VMware, Synergy's IT Ninjas unleashed the power of new ERP servers and cloned the existing SBS, BlackBerry and ISA servers onto the new virtual environment. The Synergy Ninjas harnessed their skills and used their combined chi to leave WMB smiling.
Christopher Todd, Godan* IT Ninja for Synergy Group, has noted that the project was “successful and stress free”.
Tabatha Sampson, Financial Manager at WMB, agrees, stating that the project ran “smoothly and Christopher Todd really knows his stuff”.
