QuesCom 'One Number' now released for BlackBerry

Johannesburg, 17 Aug 2009

Over the past years, BlackBerry became a leading mobile solution within the enterprise. QuesCom is proud to announce availability of new MobiQ for Blackberry.

One Number delivers optimal availability for fixed and mobile calls. The solution enables one to be reachable at any time with a single number. Now, employees can benefit from the corporate features on their BlackBerry.

And last, but not least, they can make international calls at local cost. The company is making cost savings thanks to convergence.

Benefits from corporate features on employees' Blackberry:

* International call at local cost
* Smart roaming solution
* Dual ring (fixed and mobile)
* Corporate music on hold
* Short dialling, call transfer, conferencing...

New MobiQ for BlackBerry available now

MobiQ client software is available for BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Nokia E series. QuesCom is certified by Aastra, Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco, Ericsson, Innovaphone, Mitel, 3COM.

Answer incoming call from any device

With One Number, a caller uses a single number to reach his correspondent.

Multi-ring allows desk and mobile phones to ring simultaneously. The user answers the call wherever he is. One Number for mobility and convergence is the solution for being reachable efficiently.

Landline features become available on the company's mobile phones: three party conferencing, call transfer, corporate short dial plan access, music on hold, voice mail, office phone number display.

Calls originated from the mobile phone display the One Number. The phone number is no longer device dependent. If a user answers a call on his desk phone, during the communication he can swap the call to his mobile phone with a 'Handover' function. Alternatively, he can continue his call by changing network seamlessly with Voice Call Continuity.

Each fixed and mobile call, incoming or outgoing, is going through the company's infrastructure.

All these calls are analysed in order to use the most cost-effective network. You can avoid roaming costs. A summary of all calls allows statistics and analysis of overall fixed and mobile traffic.
