Questek to distribute Emmy recipient Coolux media systems in SA

Questek Advanced Technologies (Questek) has recently been appointed as the South African distributor for the Coolux range of media systems.

Pandoras Box offers a multiple layer video and graphics solution that can be individually composed and 'real-time' rendered to generate dynamic visual effects. The 3D compositing and rendering system provides real-time, on-location media control that can be customised to meet the needs of the client and project.

Coolux Media Systems was recently awarded the 2008 Primetime Emmy Engineering plaque in recognition of outstanding achievement in engineering development for the Pandoras Box real-time compositing Media Server. This plaque is presented for achievements that exhibit a high level of engineering and are important to the progress of the industry.
