JM Finn gets digital dictation

Digital dictation solutions supplier nFlow says its Digital Dictation System (DDS) has been successfully deployed at JM Finn, a privately owned UK investment manager, states Newswire.

Currently implemented in the company's Bristol office, there are plans for gradual deployment at its other sites in London, Leeds, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. Prior to nFlow's DDS, the company staff were using traditional portable voice recorders for dictation.

The nFlow DDS is enabling better utilisation of resources, faster turnaround of transcripts for client document development and improved management and control of dictation tasks, all of which are contributing towards an enhanced customer service, says the company.
