Retail Apparel Group, the Durban-based fashion retailer, has selected PIC Solutions to implement the Fair, Isaac TRIAD account management system. With the impressive results achieved by other TRIAD users, both in SA and abroad, RAG is keen to realise the major benefits improved account management policies will bring to the group.
TRIAD is the world`s leading account management software, and is currently used by more than 150 organisations worldwide. Currently, nine South African credit-granting organisations utilise the TRIAD system, which provides sophisticated risk management functionality, including components for behaviour scoring, strategy development, and champion-challenger testing.
PIC Solutions personnel have been involved in the successful implementation of every TRIAD system in SA, as well as being active in implementations across Europe, North America and the Middle East. By choosing PIC, RAG has access to risk management professionals with significant experience in the design, development, testing and implementation of TRIAD in a diverse range of host systems.
This multimillion-rand project will be delivered in a phased implementation over the next eight months. During this period, the PIC Solutions personnel will work closely with the RAG credit risk team to project manage the implementation.
Major areas to be covered by PIC include defining the scope of the project end-to-end, determining the required technical architecture and host interface design, project managing and co-ordinating all business areas affected by the implementation, providing additional support services if required, testing and reviewing the full implementation, and ultimate handover to RAG staff.
The implementation and integration project builds upon PIC`s existing successful ongoing risk management consulting relationship with RAG and underlines the strengths of working with an organisation that has the skill-sets to assist clients across the entire range of the customer management arena.
