Through its outsourced processing partnership with ACET, RCS will use TRIAD to manage its retail card portfolios. TRIAD enables RCS to accurately predict risk and automate targeted treatments, while the iterative progress delivered by champion/challenger testing provides continual performance improvements to these portfolios.
Furthermore, using TRIAD, RCS is able to develop more competitive strategies that strike the right balance between risk management and customer satisfaction.
