The Survey System has the unique feature whereby multiple questionnaires can be allocated to an individual customer or outlet. The questionnaires can also be customised to suit each client`s unique requirements. The evaluations are scored as the form is captured and each question can be individually weighted according to it`s importance.
The clients are able to view the reports as the evaluations are conducted and do not have to wait until all of the evaluations are captured to see the results. The reports can be viewed in table and graphical format and all reports can be exported to excel where the data can be further manipulated or printed out. This is especially useful for clients who need to submit additional reports on the research program as all of the information is available at their fingertips, and they no longer have to wait for specific reports from the research house.
The client is able to view the data on all levels, from the actual answers that a respondent has completed on a single questionnaire to overall National results for multiple questionnaires. The client is also able to customise the reports and combine questions from various questionnaires to obtain cross tabulations of results.
The Survey System also allows you to track the progress of a particular questionnaire, which makes the task of project control easier to manage. You are also able to build and maintain a database of fieldworkers and link them to the questionnaires which they need to complete. It allows fieldworkers to be rated according to their skills and can monitor training courses that the fieldworkers have attended according to each project. The task of calculating the wage for each fieldworker is made simple with the Survey System, as the fieldworker database is linked directly to the evaluations that each fieldworker has successfully completed.
The Survey System is fully web enabled which allows fieldworkers to log on and print questionnaires that have been allocated to them off the Internet. This cuts down on the costs of faxing or couriering the evaluations to the fieldworkers, as well as the time that it takes to distribute the evaluations around the country.
Via the web fieldworkers can also capture their own evaluation forms, which ensures that the entire evaluation is completed correctly as there are required fields which have to be completed before the fieldworker can continue capturing. It also ensures that explanations to certain questions are given by the fieldworker as the system will not submit the evaluation unless the required comments have been completed.
