Following on from the success of Realyst Premises Manager, Realyst has launched Realyst Lite. This version allows for the capturing of critical data from contractual documents such as leases and deeds of sale. The information that can be viewed using the on -screen enquiry facility includes:
* Detailed financial information relating to total, annual and monthly commitments
* Lease expiries
* Renewals
* Rentable Area`s
* Average rate per unit of area
* Leases running on a month to month basis
* Other key lease information that can be indexed according to client requirements
* Both management and financial reports are available based on the data captured from the documentation.
