Realyst has launched Realyst Retail, designed specifically for the users of retail premises. The turnover version of Realyst affords the user the additional functionality of being able to produce turnover certificates from within the system.
This version is designed to cater for various different types of turnover agreements, from straightforward percentages to sliding scale turnover agreements. The system caters for the specification of allowable deductions from turnover in order to produce detailed and accurate certificates based on the agreement of lease. The system is also flexible enough to allow for the inclusion of new turnover agreement types as they appear in the market place.
Turnover reports are available including comparisons to budget, certificates based on budgeted figures along with management reports.
