Realyst Premises Manager collates all the relevant financial information, holds copies of contractual documentation electronically, and provides lease expiry diaries and the tools for benchmarking a company`s real estate performance. (These benchmarks range from the cost per head, number of employees per m2, rental rate per m^2). Realyst can also schedule the contractual, maintenance and insurance obligations in terms of the various agreements and, significantly, provide the basis for identifying projects for the delivery of value.
