Realyst today announced it has opened its Cape Town operation, which is to be headed up by Melanie Burke and is a 50% joint venture between Realyst Cape and Realyst. Realyst Cape is a BEE operation that includes a number of executives from the financial sector, such as Clive Blaiklock who has expertise in call centre management, contract management, software management and programme management.
"We are very excited about our new Cape operation and the additional opportunities it creates for us," commented Tony Maddison, Director of Realyst. "In addition, this new operation also addresses some of our BEE requirements and is the `cherry on the top` of our BEE initiatives. The executives in our Cape operation are all experienced business people and bring a wealth of experience to all our activities."
Burke, who holds an MBA, has many years experience in the financial services and information technology fields and her expertise includes account management, vendor management, channel management, marketing and brand management, innovation/development/product management, project management, strategic management and business process re-engineering.
