Realyst today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Global Risk Management Solutions division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Under this agreement, PwC become a value-added reseller of the Realyst Contract Management product, as well as providing consulting services oriented around both the product and the topic.
"Management of contractual risk is a key component of any risk management framework," commented Mike Roy, a PwC partner. "It is also part of the requirements of a company from a `good governance` viewpoint since the majority of risks within an organisation and the mitigation of those risks are of a contractual nature.
