HP`s new Officejet 4255 all-in-one, with built-in phone, is now available to South African SOHOs (small office, home office) users that require affordable, productive and photo-quality printing.
Featuring a fax (with built-in 33.6Kbps modem), scanner, copier and phone, the new Officejet features print and copy speeds of up to 17ppm (black) and 12ppm in colour, coupled with black and white colour faxing and standalone copying - without having to switch on the PC.
"The new Officejet 4255 equips SOHOs with the all the tools they need to print, fax, scan, copy and phone," comments Zandr'e Rudolph, HP product manager at Rectron.
"Plus, make the best use of your desk space with space-saving features such as the fold-up paper trays, with dust protection. And without switching on your PC you can print colour copies, enlargements and reductions."
Key Officejet 4255 functionalities include:
* Colour printing at up to 4800-optimised dpi or optional six-ink colour printing for professional photo quality, virtually grain-free images;
* Scan at 600 x 1200dpi optical resolution, 36-bit colour.
* Use HP Image Zone photo and imaging software and share photos via e-mail with HP Instant Share;
* Print and copy borderless to 10 x 15cm photos; and
* Create easy photo enlargements without a PC with photo fit-to-page button.
Additionally, users can place up to 20 pages in the automatic document feeder (ADF) for unattended faxing, scanning or copying.
