Leading South African systems integrator, Red Man Technologies, has been awarded Sage Global Partner status.
Sage has created a global network of top business partners based on their skills in CRM and ERP applications, says Keith Fenner, sales director of Softline ACCPAC. “Red Man Technologies has been chosen to join this select group because of its high level of skills in implementing and integrating SalesLOGIX in enterprise-level projects.”
SalesLOGIX is a leading customer relationship management (CRM) system for mid-size and enterprise companies, delivering integrated sales, marketing, customer service and support automation with advanced customisation capabilities.
“We have developed leading-edge niche solutions, for example, in the telecoms industry, using SalesLOGIX CRM software and our proprietary integration middleware RMT ARC - a strong integration engine that enables a single view of complex CRM processes,” says Red Man Technologies' CEO Hein Pretorius.
The aim of the Sage Global Partner programme, says Fenner, is to achieve collaboration across regions as well as standardisation of software implementation to deliver first-class consistent solutions worldwide. “This means, if companies expand cross-border or globally, Sage is equipped to help them maximise their investment by having partners that can replicate our software solutions to the same standard in other regions.”
