RedLinX and AudioCodes hosted two free seminars covering innovative VOIP solutions that can enhance service providers' and enterprises' telecommunications revenue in today's tough economic climate.
The seminars took place in Midrand on 16 March 2010, and in Cape Town on 17 March 2010. Guest speakers at the event included Hagay Greitzer and Moshe Samoha from AudioCodes headquarters in Israel.
At the seminar, Moshe Samoha, Director of Enterprise Business Unit Marketing at AudioCodes, conveyed to customers how AudioCodes' offering is enabling the reduction of total cost of ownership and improving operational costs. He also discussed high definition voice over IP technology (HDVOIP) as an exciting service differentiator for service providers and key productivity tool for enterprises in today's competitive market.
The seminar was split into a morning and afternoon session; the morning session addressed the carrier market and the afternoon session the enterprise market. Key players that attended these sessions included the Tier 1 operators, Tier 2 and 3 operators, all the major integrators and many resellers.
During the carrier market session, the AudioCodes team discussed the following: Multi-Service Platforms for Achieving TCO reduction in service providers' and carriers' environments; "SIP trunking as you are" - new service, new opportunities; "high definition VOIP" as an affordable service differentiator for your business customers as well as the next-gen gateway for IP-to-IP applications.
The enterprise market session covered: AudioCodes as the ideal supplier for multi-vendor partners; TCO reduction: from state-of-the-art gateways to multi-service platforms; the importance of the voice service continuity and quality for the enterprise market; as well as complete IP-PBX solution on a single gateway appliance.
