As an authorised parts distributor for both Lexmark and HP, Printer Parts Africa has grown in time to be a key element in the parts distribution market, building strong and healthy relationship with the major service centres for both international brands.
This, in turn, sets Printer Parts Africa on course to become market leaders of the industry.
With overseas backing from our 50% shareholders, Europarts, based in Paris, France, the movement of parts between the two continents has shown to be effective in the sense that there is no real third party involved. This reduces the time it takes for specialist parts to arrive in Africa.

We are supplying high volumes of notebook adapters and batteries for all makes and models ie Dell, HP, ACER, Toshiba etc. This, we have found, has broadened our customer base, as customers now see Printer Parts Africa as a one-stop-shop for all printer parts and notebook accessories.
This one-stop-shop is strengthened by having our sister company, Geneva Printotek, in the same building, offering services such as:

* Repairs on printers, notebooks, screens and UPSes; and
* Printer maintenance (on-site included).
