Relyant Retail Limited, one of SA`s major furniture retailers, has selected PIC Solutions to conduct a Collections HealthCheck of its credit portfolios.
Relyant Retail recently implemented TRIAD, the world`s leading account management system, from Fair, Isaac and Company. This significant investment in credit risk management technology now provides Relyant with the software tools to maximise the effectiveness of its collections strategies.
However, leading-edge systems cannot improve collections results in isolation and so in order to maximise the benefits and expedite the return on investment, the services of PIC Solutions were retained.
The Collections HealthCheck will focus on ensuring that the functionality and set-up of the Relyant collections system, coupled with the existing collections policies and procedures, are aligned with the new collections strategies. The assignment will seek to highlight a number of areas for focus, which will ensure improved collections results.
