Relyant Retail Limited, one of SA`s major furniture retailers, has implemented TRIAD Marketing Communications, which is a first for the South African furniture industry.
TRIAD, from Fair, Isaac and Company, is the world`s leading account management system and PIC Solutions was selected by Relyant Retail to assist with the implementation of this milestone project.
Ten South African consumer credit grantors now utilise the TRIAD system, which provides sophisticated risk management and credit marketing functionality, including modules for behaviour scoring and Champion-Challenger strategy testing.
With the impressive results achieved by over 150 TRIAD users worldwide, Relyant was keen to realise the major benefits improved credit marketing strategies will bring. PIC Solutions` personnel were retained to work closely with the Relyant credit risk and marketing teams to assist with a wide range of aspects of the implementation.
This implementation of TRIAD Marketing Communications means that Relyant will now be empowered to make strategic decisions on marketing, credit facilities and collections on a one-to-one customer basis.
