Relyant Retail Limited, one of SA`s major furniture retailers, has selected PIC Solutions to assist with the implementation of the Fair, Isaac TRIAD account management system. With the impressive results achieved by other TRIAD users, both in SA and internationally, Relyant is keen to realise the major benefits improved account management policies will bring, as soon as possible.
TRIAD is the world`s leading account management system, currently used by more than 150 credit grantors worldwide. Ten South African organisations utilise TRIAD, which provides sophisticated risk management functionality, including components for behaviour scoring, effective decision processes, and champion-challenger testing.
This multimillion-rand project will be delivered in a phased implementation over the next 12 months. During this period, PIC Solutions personnel will work closely with the Relyant credit risk team to project manage the implementation. This includes defining the scope of the project, determining the technical architecture and host interface design, project managing and co-ordinating all business areas affected by the implementation, providing additional support services, testing, reviewing the full implementation and ultimate handover to Relyant staff.
PIC Solutions personnel have been involved in the successful implementation of every TRIAD system in SA, as well as implementations across Europe, North America and the Middle East. This project builds upon the existing successful ongoing risk management consulting relationship with Relyant and underlines the strengths of working with an organisation that has the specialist skill-sets to assist clients across the entire range of the customer management arena.
