Resellers can win tickets to the Rugby World Cup from HP, Axiz

Axiz has announced that it is participating in HP`s Rugby World Cup channel promotion, according to HP PSG product manager at Axiz, Margie Adam.

She states: "There are two sets of qualifying products - one set requires resellers to sell only one unit to qualify for the draw, the other requires sales of ten units to qualify for the draw. Sales made on qualifying products between June and the end of August will be eligible for the draw to win fantastic package tickets from MegaPro Marketing to see the Boks take on England in the 2003 Rugby World Cup qualifier game in Perth, Australia.

"By making it a lucky draw we are ensuring that even the smallest PC resellers get an opportunity to win."

The lucky draws apply to the following qualifying products purchased between 1 June and 31 August 2003 and are as follows:

* One entry into the draw for every 10 Compaq Evo N1050Vs purchased.
* One entry into the draw for every 10 Compaq NX9000s or NX9010s purchased.
* One entry into the draw for every 10 D330s purchased.
* One entry into the draw for every 10 D530s purchase.
* One entry into the draw for every 1 (one) D310 udt purchased.
* One entry into the draw for every 1 (one) D510 epc purchased.

Adam says: "The promotion is being administered by HP and will be run by both HP PSG distributors. It is targeted at sales people and the lucky tickets will be drawn by company name. The draw will take place at the end of August. The more resellers sell, the greater their chances of winning; the only condition is that only one ticket will be awarded per reseller company per region."

HP will shortly be e-mailing updates to each qualifying reseller updating them on the number of entries into the draw for which they have already qualified.

The MegaPro Rugby package includes:

* Flights to Perth on 15 October 2003;
* Accommodation in single rooms;
* A tour of Perth;
* Exciting events;
* Meals;
* Tickets to the SA vs England game at the Subiaco Oval on 18 October; and
* Return flights to SA on 20 October.
