On 12 March 2009, Rethink Management Consulting launched its TPI (Total Performance Improvement) service offering.
TPI is a complementary set of services that focus on: Process improvement - Service focused on the improvement, optimisation, design and documentation of business processes.
Workforce Management - Service focused on increasing workforce utilisation yielding improved productivity.
Performance management - Service focused on implementing management reports that provide an up-to-date and clear view of how an operation is performing in terms of the unit cost, quality and customer service targets.
Organisational alignment - Service focused on aligning workforce skills and experience with the process requirement.
An executive breakfast briefing session was held for a select group of senior executives to showcase TPI and the benefits it can deliver. Several multi-industry case studies were presented, including a powerful case study by one of South Africa's leading financial services providers.
The purpose of the session was to create awareness of Rethink's TPI offering as well as to create awareness around Rethink's competency and ability to deliver benefits using the TPI framework.
