Reunert has made three appointments to its board's sub-committees on the back of its annual general meeting yesterday.
The company has appointed Thandi Orleyn as chairman of the remuneration committee, Bobby Makwetla as a member of the nomination committee, and Rynhardt van Rooyen as chairman of the audit and risk committee.
All the appointments are with immediate effect.
In addition, Sean Jagoe, who indicated last year that he planned to stand down from the board after the annual general meeting, will continue to serve as a member of the board. “This decision follows a change in his personal circumstances,” says Reunert.
“The board expressed their gratitude that Jagoe's considerable expertise and valued input to the board's deliberations have been retained,” it says.
