Office automation specialist Minolta South Africa has introduced the latest version of Captaris Rightfax - RightFax 8.7 - to its suite of e-document delivery solutions. This follows closely on the heels of a recent announcement by local distributor AmVia.
Minolta efax technology division product manager, Charl Vogel, says RightFax 8.7 complements Minolta`s range of document delivery solutions and its new features differentiate it from the competition and nudges it further forward in the market place.
"Minolta is AmVia`s only platinum business partner in the office automation industry, an accreditation status that has been achieved as a result of Minolta`s sales successes and the quality of its technical/software support team," says Vogel.
RightFax 8.7 extends RightFax enterprise and e-document delivery capabilities with Microsoft 2003 and IBM Lotus 6.0, 6.5 certifications and offers enhanced features to enable more simplified, streamlined administration, monitoring and secure document delivery.
"RightFax 8.7 also broadens functionality with integrations to leading messaging, workflow and multifunction devices to help organisations better leverage enterprise fax and e-document delivery to improve efficiency and reduce costs by integrating and automating the flow of the a full range of fax, paper and electronic documents and data," says Vogel.
