New Fiery RIP (raster image processing) technology is set to greatly enhance the functionality of the Gestetner range of colour digital document centres.
The E-310 Print Controller connects the Gestetner mono and colour digital document centre to any network and provides enhanced colour printing. It provides competitive printing speeds, enhanced image quality, and connectivity through the corporate network, intranet or even the World Wide Web.
"The Gestetner CS231 Digital Colour Copier with built-in Fiery technology provides 600 x 600 dpi colour print, with speeds of up to 31 pages per minute. ColourWise-based architecture adds easy colour management and enhanced image quality," says Anthony Ho, Product Support Manager at Gestetner.
"Fiery WebTools allows the CS231 to be controlled via a remote PC anywhere on the corporate intranet and even over the Web. And Netwise 2.0, a new networking architecture, ensures versatility and connectivity on any network.
