Local print solutions specialist, Roan Systems, has been certified as a Brady Authorised Repair Centre (BARC). The company is now able to support warranties on all Brady printer equipment, as well as service and repairs.
As the only BARC service centre of its kind in Southern Africa, this will be a welcome development for existing Brady product users. It's also of great importance to Roan's current client base, many of whom rely on the Brady brand.
With a strong technical team already in place to offer maintenance, SLAs and warranties on its other brands, Roan is already geared to offer this additional service. Roan provides on-site or carry-in service, along with on-site maintenance and cost-per-copy agreements for almost all makes of printer equipment.
“The move fits perfectly into our corporate expansion policy,” says Frikkie Koegelenberg, Roan Systems' managing director. “We're constantly on the lookout for ways to offer our customers that little bit extra. Now our Brady clients can rest assured there is full local support for their print systems.”
The move will also encourage new users into the Brady printer market, which includes a full range of high performance printing systems for industrial applications. Some of these applications include labels, safety and other signs, tags, pipe markers and more.
