South African printer specialist, Roan Systems, has extended its footprint with the opening of offices in Centurion - to help ensure continued quality service to its Pretoria, Rosslyn and Brits customers.
The move is tied to Roan's new appointment as the sole Authorised Warranty Repair centre for StarPOS SA, which was recently acquired by Roan affiliate, the Printer Distribution Company (PDC).
“This bodes well for the servicing and maintenance of our current product ranges and growing customer base in the area,” says Frikkie Koegelenberg, CCO of Roan Systems. “As our client base expands, it is vital that we expand with it to provide service where it is needed.”
With Roan's extensive range of specialised print solutions, many might find this to be a challenge. However, the company has positioned itself as a strong contender in the printer maintenance and solutions field, winning the confidence of high-end brands such as Printronix, Lexmark, Zebra, Intermec, OKI and Motorola, among others.
Broadening its footprint is simply the next step in ensuring that all systems receive the support they need.
