Logistics IT specialist, Intermec, has awarded Roan Systems its prestigious Gold Partner Status as a supplier and service provider for its range of equipment.
Intermec reserves this status for those that have made a commitment to increasing their technical and business knowledge of the company's range of products and services, as well as meeting target revenue thresholds. Advantages come in the form of enhanced technical support, as well as access to Intermec's impressive knowledge database. Partners are also eligible for enhanced marketing benefits.
“Our main focus will be on Intermec's mobile computers, fixed and vehicle mount computers, bar code scanners and RFID readers,” says Frikkie Koegelenberg, Roan's Managing Director. The company has already established a significant client base in support of the Intermec range, with most being drawn to Roan's comprehensive after-sales service and support programmes.
