Roan Systems has been awarded the title of Zebra Authorised Service Partner (ZASP) after exhaustive training and facilities inspections.
The ZASP programme is a global network of Zebra resellers who have demonstrated a commitment to provide quality service and support for all Zebra products. The programme is designed to enhance the company's delivery channels, providing partner support and added value to its service offering.
The move comes as part of the expansion of offerings available from Roan, and Frikkie Koegelenberg, MD of the company, is optimistic about the development. “We need our destiny in our hands and ZASP gives our customers peace of mind when investing in Zebra equipment,” he says. “Zebra's ZASP programme has been designed to reward the investment made by ZASPs through their reseller commitment, service personnel and training, so that they are in the best possible position to handle the demand for service on behalf of Zebra.”
Janine McEwan, of Zebra Technologies Europe, is equally enthusiastic. “ZASP status requires specific commitment to our standards before certification is awarded,” she states. “Roan has shown its dedication through its investment in obtaining ongoing technical training certifications and meeting our stringent criteria. In making this move, Roan shows absolute commitment to supporting its customers in their decision to purchase Zebra products.”
