Rockwell Electronic Commerce and AmVia - Voicematix sign official partnership agreement

Rockwell Electronic Commerce and AmVia - Voicematix (Pty) Limited have signed an official partnership alliance, extending the reach of both companies into the South African marketplace.

The agreement gives AmVia - with its unrivalled reputation in the design and implementation of a wide range of voice and data convergence solutions - access to the award-winning Rockwell Transcend e-Commerce contact centre solution.

Gil Caplan, founding AmVian, says the Rockwell Transcend contact centre, a technologically superior but cost-effective voice and multi-media blending solution, is specially poised to satisfy the call centre requirements of medium-sized South African businesses - at present the most lucrative space in the contact centre environment.
