RSA Improves customer service with RSA online

RSA has announced the availability of RSA Online, an e-commerce system that creates a new way for customers and business partners to connect with RSA Security through a full range of Web-based services. It completes the second phase of a comprehensive, global e-business to provide interactive, personalised support over the Web.

RSA Online provides valuable tools to give convenient, real-time, 24x7 access to important account information, from anywhere in the world. Leveraging the same database used by RSA Security`s staff, customers and strategic partners can find prompt answers to a range of service questions. The new system is designed to reduce lag-time, improve responsiveness and resolve global time zone issues.

Registered users of RSA Online will receive real-time, round-the-clock access to important account information through a personalised Web site. RSA SecurID proven two-factor authentication solution is designed to assure customers of the privacy of their corporate information. RSA Online proves that security can be added without degrading the system`s usefulness and accessibility. It is designed to allow users to look up key order information quickly and easily and conduct queries on the system to instantly find and retrieve information such as order detail, order history, invoice detail, licence information and upcoming maintenance renewals. For added convenience, users can query the system using a variety of search functions, including purchase order number, carrier tracking number, licence number, or order status.
