CoreProcess, a software company incorporated in SA and part of the CoreProcess International group of companies, have developed and implemented a customised query management system.
This query management system has been implemented by BODY iQ, which uses leading-edge technology and the scientific support of the Sports Science Institute of South Africa to provide assessment, feedback, education and monitoring aimed at optimising health and fitness and managing health-related risks.
CoreProcess says the new software automates previously manual administrative tasks providing an automative delivery of queries to BODY iQ clients.
Andy Milne, Operations Director of BODY iQ, says: "Today the insurance industry, in terms of both healthcare and life insurance, have recognised the need to offer their members access to lifestyle management systems. This new query management system developed by CoreProcess and BODY iQ, allows insurance companies to offer their clients direct electronic access to the expertise of BODY iQ and the Sports Science Institute. Up until November we were averaging 1 000 queries monthly but in December, through the use of this new software, we were able to answer 1 700 queries with each query answered within 24 hours."
Ken Venn, CEO of CoreProcess SA, says: "The new system leverages BODY iQ`s existing software and hardware which allows for fast implementation and lower capital costs. This software allowed BODY iQ to grow the query management side of their business by at least 20% a month with no further capital outlay. Using Internet architecture the implementation of this system built on CoreFlow takes 10 days."
