This upgrade to Safend`s award-winning product, Safend Protector, protects from information leakage, malicious attacks and penetration while offering auditing capabilities over the physical and wireless ports of enterprise PCs and laptops.

The upgraded product allows secure use of smart USB devices, such as U3 drives, as well as secure use of approved storage devices and wireless communication networks. Safend Protector 3.0 provides protection from hardware key-logger devices, providing endpoint immunisation from password and identity theft.

Active Directory synchronisation and real-time updates allow security administrators to know what devices are connected where, and which files have been accessed or copied to or from each device. Flexible policy control can be adjusted for any domain, group, computer, or user.
