Sage Tetra trains for Seagate

By Softline Enterprise
Johannesburg, 13 Jun 2000

Q Consulting's Sage Tetra Division, recently appointed a Seagate Software Value Added Partner (VAP), has launched its portfolio of product support, consulting and training services for Seagate's reporting and tools.

Sage Tetra is now providing Seagate training to Sage customers in all major centres as part of its mission to provide a one-stop ERP and business intelligence service to its clients. It has also extended this training to non-Sage clients which, as divisional manager Steve Morgan comments, "has opened up a whole new training market."

"The Seagate partnership is the result of the expansion of our midrange ERP solutions with reporting and business intelligence services," says Sage Tetra divisional manager Steve Morgan.

"Seagate Software was chosen for its vast existing user base and the complementary features of its Crystal Reports and Seagate Info products with Sage CS/3."

Sage Tetra aims to extend its training programmes, provided through internal training centres in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, to include Seagate's enterprise-strength business intelligence product Holos in the near future.
