Sagent launches new solution for e-business customer relationship management

Sagent SA, a leading provider of Real-time e- solutions, has introduced the Address Cleanser & Coder Transform, the first in the Sagent IQ (Information Quality) series of transforms for improving e-business customer relationship management. The transform is used to standardise and correct U.S. Postal addresses, as well as append geographic , to improve the accuracy and completeness of corporate customer databases.

Available immediately, Sagent's Address Cleanser & Coder Transform is the first in a series of solutions developed by Sagent as a result of its recent acquisition of Qualitative Marketing Software (QMSoft), a leader in delivering value-added customer information and marketing services. The integration of the companies' complementary technologies allows e-businesses to strategically use the Web to better understand their prospects and customers, optimise revenue and profitability, as well as maximise company effectiveness by combining valuable customer marketing data with e-marketing expertise.

To that end, the Address Cleanser & Coder transform extends Sagent's e-business Intelligence solution with an integrated component for cleansing corporate customer profiles to ensure that businesses have the best possible data on each of their customers.
