SAP certifies T-Systems

ICT management provider T-Systems has been certified as one of eight SAP partners to become a SAP global provider of cloud, hosting and application management services, as well as a global hosting partner, Exec Digital reports.

T-Systems claims it has more than 500 customers running SAP services via the cloud from T-Systems' data centres located worldwide.

Heike Auerbach, MD of T-Systems in North America, believes businesses across all sectors are well-positioned to benefit from T-Systems' strong partnership with SAP, Manufacturing Digital states.

Auerbach says: "T-Systems' services, in support of SAP solutions, are tailored to the specific needs of our customers, and offer proven user support, problem resolution, and maintenance and optimisation of SAP applications."

The deal means that more than 3.8 million productive users of SAP solutions will receive services from T-Systems in support of those solutions, and T-Systems presently supports 80% of all SAP solution-based transactions based in the cloud, Market Watch says.
