Saratoga Software has launched a mobile survey solution for use on PDAs and tablet PCs.
Saratoga surveys are designed to instantly access, analyse, monitor and report on any activity in the field. Saratoga surveys uses two state-of-the-art technologies to enable instant and accurate survey feedback.
Survey questions are placed on any electronic device, including PDAs, tablet PCs or electronic kiosks. The results of the survey questions are downloaded to a secure Web site or intranet, allowing organisational administration to view results instantaneously.
"The solution is brilliant," says Anthony Robinson, MD of Saratoga Software. "Organisations can be up and running within an hour of purchasing the software and conducting valuable surveys. This solution is a strategic part of our range of new mobile solutions."
Customer satisfaction data, gathered real-time and analysed by the facility, can provide an ongoing basis for real change in areas identified by timely customer responses.
As a powerful tool for change, Saratoga Surveys measures organisational performance against the facilities' defined objectives, reporting and documenting trends. This function allows administration to identify and focus on deficiencies in providing optimum service, resulting in improved long-term averages.
"The ability to analyse real-time data will greatly enhance managements ability to make quick and accurate decisions in today's fast-moving environment," says Masekwe Gozo, Saratoga's marketing manager.
The solution is widely used in the US and through its American arm Saratoga has a great deal of experience in this field. It has been successfully used in hospitals and universities to monitor customer service levels, customer satisfaction and course evaluations. The product has many other uses, such as event evaluations, exit polling and in-store research.
"The solution is easy to use and accessible via the Web. Its power, flexibility and usability will make this an ideal tool for any company serious about monitoring their service and quality," according to JB Maree, Saratoga's Business Development Director.
