The Satori Group SA today announced that Di King has been appointed as its new Managing Director with immediate effect.
Nicky Wessels, who has been managing Satori in SA for the last five years, has decided to have a complete break, do some travelling and then enjoy something of a sabbatical. Nevertheless, Wessels feels the time is right in the evolution of Satori's development for a new person to be at the helm and thus bring in a new/revised vision for the group, together with the strategies appropriate for the next phase of the company's growth.
"I am very excited with the opportunity of leading the Satori Group in SA," commented King. "I believe that there are numerous opportunities for Satori particularly with our latest software product, comQuest; an offering that will enable us to assist clients with the streamlining of their corporate governance activities. These have become so important within both the local and global business environments and are at the top end of most executives' 'to do' lists."
King brings with her some 20 years of experience within the IT industry, especially in the field of business intelligence; and most recently was the National Sales Manager for Synergy Computing (Pty) Ltd and a member of Synergy's EXCO.
